Do you ship to my country?
	Yes we do. Please note that we will ask you to PREPAY by a bank wire transfer. Canada and Puerto Rico - credit cards welcome. For more details, please go to our EXPORT page.
What are my payment choices?
	MasterCard, Visa, Discover and AmEx - US, Canada and Puerto Rico customers. Money order, Cashiers Check - US, Canada and Puerto Rico customers. PayPal - US, Canada and Puerto Rico customers. Personal check, Company check - US customers. COD - US customers (fee may apply). Western Union - Entire World. Bank wire transfer - Entire World (fee may apply). Cash - Local pick-ups are welcome.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	Units, accessories, popular parts and popular supplies – are stock items and ship within 2-4 business days. AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. Some parts from “Parts” section may have to be backordered and they may delay shipment of entire order by 5-10 business days. System will automatically calculate shipping by UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). To Puerto Rico and Canada we recommend UPS (Canadian customers will have to pay duties). The rest of the world - USPS will be your best option. Use the calculated USPS shipping charge as a guideline only. In general – it will be correct for small orders that can fit in one 16 inch x 16 inch x 16 inch (40cm x 40cm x 40cm) box but larger orders may have to be packed in more boxes and shipping charge may be not 100% accurate. We will have to look at the order to quote you shipping so check with us before wiring money.
