We carry only original water pans for Rexair Rainbow vacuums. We found that aftermarket basins are made out of brittle plastic and crack very easy. Sometimes halves are not well glued together and they come apart spilling dirty water all over carpets. Genuine pans are more expensive than aftermarkets but they are definitely worth every extra dollar you invest.

NEVER store your Rainbow on the water pan!!!
After vacuuming some moisture is trapped in the motor fan system. Putting motor back on the water container traps the moisture in the motor for much longer. Over the time this results in rusty bearings, corroded fan blades and spacers and you will need to have your Rainbow sweeper serviced. Sometimes you may have to buy a new motor.
